4 Re: Mobile costs. I purchased a Viettel card at the Hanoi airport last week. $15 for unlimited data. SIM card was installed, paid for, and I was on my way in 2 minutes. The service has been great! Much faster than my Verizon service in the states and 4 bars everywhere except deep in the jungle. Zm0f.
